Following the devastating flash floods in Texas Hill Country, Target is working quickly to support recovery and rebuilding efforts across the impacted areas. Our team members in the Austin and San Antonio area are volunteering to cook meals for first responders, delivering needed supplies to rescue efforts and partnering with disaster relief organizations in the hardest-hit areas.
Additionally, Target is donating $250,000 to support Texas flood response. The donation will be distributed to local and national disaster relief organizations. This donation is on top of the $1.5 million Target proactively donated earlier this year to domestic disaster relief partners to respond to disasters of all sizes, including disasters like the one in Texas. Target stores in central and south Texas remain open to provide essentials to guests and the community.
